Thunderbird 1 is the high-speed rescue craft piloted by Scott Tracy, the eldest of the Tracy brothers. Capable of speeds exceeding 15,000 mph, it is always the first vehicle to arrive at an emergency, allowing Scott to assess the situation, coordinate the rescue, and direct the operation using the Mobile Control Console. Sleek, powerful and instantly recognisable, Thunderbird 1 is the spearhead of International Rescue.
Thunderbird 3 is the towering space rescue rocket commanded by Alan Tracy, the youngest of the Tracy brothers. Standing 200 feet tall, Thunderbird 3 is launched from its hidden silo beneath Tracy Island and is used for space rescue missions and journeys to Thunderbird 5. Alan’s skill as both an astronaut and pilot makes him an essential member of the International Rescue team.
